All around the world people will be sending cards, flowers and chocolates to loved ones for St. Valentine's Day this coming Sunday. However Italy will be getting into the party atmosphere as the month of February is when all the fun begins with people parading through the streets in costumes and children playing tricks on each other for Carnevale.
